My Whole Self group therapy and coaching is a confidential, safe and supportive space to better understand yourself, identify common stressors and triggers, and develop tools and techniques to support positive life change and balance.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your place, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made by 3 September 2025.
After this date, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, as spaces are limited and preparation time is invested in advance.
If you're paying by instalments, please note:

After 3 September, no part of the payment (deposit or balance) will be refunded.
