As a team of qualified counsellors and coaches, we support people to build healthy relationships with themselves, others and their work
Relationships are complex and require intention, and we support individuals, couples and organisations to create meaningful, lasting transformation. Through coaching, counselling and tailored training, we help people build self-awareness, strengthen relationships and develop authentic, values-led leadership. Across all our work, we enable clients to explore, resolve and strengthen so they can thrive personally and professionally.
We are members, respectively, of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Our Christian faith is at the heart of our work and provides a strong and healthy foundation to build on. While our work is based on Christian principles, we welcome people who have a Christian faith, any other religious faith or no faith. We are confident that all individuals and couples can benefit from Eden Relationships.
Maryane Mwaniki
Co-Founder, Counsellor and Coach
I am the Co-Founder of Eden Relationships, a counselling, coaching and personal consulting practice, and the founder of My Whole Self Collective — a twelve-month therapeutic coaching programme for Black women and women of colour.
I’m known for my warmth, authenticity and passion for helping people and organisations achieve meaningful change. Whether I’m supporting an individual, couples (dating, engaged or married) or an organisation or team, I draw on my combined counselling and coaching expertise to create transformation that lasts.
As a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Coach (MBACP, CIPD, ACC), I blend psychological, therapeutic and coaching approaches to meet your unique needs. Our sessions offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where we move at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to gently guide you towards greater hope, freedom and self-awareness by reconnecting with your whole self — mind, body and spirit.
In my work with individuals, couples and organisations, I help clients overcome challenges, strengthen their inner resources and grow personally and professionally. I have a particular passion for supporting couples to build healthy, connected and lasting relationships. My approach to Relationship Counselling is warm and collaborative, and I am experienced in Christian pre-marital counselling and leading marriage courses.
I also provide leadership and executive coaching, partnering with organisations to develop authentic leaders and healthy workplace cultures. I have coached senior executives, academics and emerging leaders to navigate transitions, deepen confidence and elevate their impact.
I am a Christian and a member of the Association of Christians in Counselling.
Mike Mwaniki
Co-Founder, Counsellor and Coach
I am the Co-Founder of Eden Relationships, a counselling, coaching and personal consulting practice, and I work as a Coach and Integrative trainee Counsellor (BACP). I support individuals and couples to gain greater clarity, confidence and growth—both personally and professionally. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is empathetic, compassionate and collaborative, shaped around your unique story and strengths. I believe meaningful change begins with deeper self-awareness, and I walk alongside clients as they build the tools and resilience needed to move forward with purpose.
My integrative practice draws on a range of counselling approaches, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, Existential and Christian therapy. This flexibility allows our work to align with your values, experiences and goals.
With training in both counselling and coaching, I offer a blended approach—combining reflective emotional exploration with clear goals and practical strategies for growth. This is particularly supportive when navigating workplace stress or burnout, relationship difficulties, parenting pressures, or challenges with confidence and self-worth. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck or ready for change, our sessions provide space to reflect and move forward with clarity and resilience.
I also specialise in supporting men as they navigate identity, multiple roles and the pressures they often carry. I offer a safe, understanding space where men can reflect, reset and develop healthier ways of coping with stress, expectations and change.
I am a Christian and support a number of Christian organisations.
Mati Ma
Counsellor and Psychotherapist
I’m Mati, a BACP-accredited psychotherapist offering therapy in London and online. I am also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a member of the Association for Christians in Counselling (ACC).
I bring together my background in psychotherapy and family mediation to support clients in becoming more assured in who they are and in living a life that feels true to their values and hopes.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, minority identity experiences, cultural and identity issues, discrimination, value clashes, loneliness, reconciliation, generational trauma, and neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD. My approach is thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative, creating space for both reflection and meaningful change.
Since 2001, I have worked across a range of settings, including as an autism behavioural interventionist, a youth worker in Canadian schools, a school counsellor in Scotland, and now as a private counsellor and psychotherapist based in London. I currently work with clients both locally and worldwide.
I offer integrative, person-centred therapy. All parts of you are welcomed and accepted, allowing you to explore what you truly need in your life, for your own wellbeing and for the benefit of those you care about. Through our work together, you may come to accept yourself more fully, reconnect with your values, and find motivation to move towards the next chapter of your life. This might involve strengthening your sense of self, unlearning old patterns, or developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapy requires honesty, effort, and courage, and I hold confidentiality as a central and non-negotiable part of my practice.
Vanetta Morrison
Counsellor and Coach
I am an Emotional Wealth Strategist, and my mission is to help Black and Brown women develop and sustain their emotional wealth, so they can thrive from the inside out — strengthening both their inner confidence and their relationships with others.
As a registered counsellor specialising in Integrative counselling (MBACP and MACC), I have worked with a diverse range of clients, focusing on anxiety and depression, abuse and trauma, and grief and loss — experiences that deeply influence how we relate to ourselves and the people closest to us.
A core part of my work is helping clients overcome Impostor Syndrome through 1:1 sessions, group workshops, online courses, and my published book Me, Myself & Impostor: How to boss your Impostor Syndrome through ‘The F.R.A.U.D. Framework™’. By supporting women to build self-belief and emotional resilience, I help them create healthier and more authentic personal and professional relationships.
I am also an experienced life and career coach, drawing on more than fifteen years of leadership, management and psychology expertise to guide individuals and organisations towards success. My approach encourages not only growth and achievement but also connection, collaboration and trust in the workplace.
Living with a chronic illness has shaped my passion for helping women live well and sustainably, while nurturing the supportive relationships that uphold them.
I am a Christian and a member of the Association of Christians in Counselling.
Natalie Green
Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist
I’m Natalie Green, a RegCOSRT integrative psychosexual and relationship therapist and registered BACP Counsellor. I support individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by intimacy challenges.
Many of the people I work with are navigating mixed-heritage or culturally shaped
relationships, differences in desire, sexual function concerns, or the quiet pain of feeling
unseen by the person they love.
If you’re facing a sexless relationship, mismatched desire, faith–sexuality conflict, or
rebuilding trust after betrayal, you don’t have to do it alone.
I offer a warm, confidential space to explore the emotional, physical, and relational layers of your experience without pressure or judgement. Our work respects cultural, faith, and
identity influences without assumptions or stereotypes, moves at a pace that feels manageable while supporting real change, and—when working with couples—holds both
partners’ needs with equal care.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, the Developmental
Model, Imago, trauma-informed practice, and psychosexual therapy. Where helpful, my work is also faith-informed, supporting clients to navigate the tension between belief, identity, and desire.
Together, we work towards clarity, connection, and sustainable intimacy, so you can build a relationship where you feel chosen, known, and safe. If you’re ready, I’d be honoured to
support you.
Charité Nkusi
Counsellor and Therapist
I am a multilingual practitioner and speak English, French and Kinyarwanda. I practise an integrative approach that is tailored to individual circumstances.
I believe we are whole people with emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs, and
that these needs are shaped by our identities, such as our age, religion, culture and
socioeconomic background. This understanding informs my work as a culturally sensitive practitioner, and I have experience working with adult clients from various
cultural, religious and socio economic backgrounds.
I aim to offer an honest, respectful, safe and non-judgmental space where it is
possible to reflect on concerns, thoughts, emotions and personal stories. My areas of
experience include refugee experiences, bereavement and grief, culture, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, health, work and
relationship issues, as well as trauma.
Outside of work, whenever I can, I enjoy travelling to countries I have never visited
before to continue learning about other cultures, as well as immersing myself in
different types of music and books.

Letitia Daniel
Therapist and Creative Arts Therapist
When relationships feel fragile and trauma has led to deep loneliness amongst other things, it can be hard to imagine the other side. That is where our open, creative and compassionate journey begins. I support individuals and couples who are feeling disconnected and overwhelmed after experiencing trauma or stuck in patterns of isolation. Within our sessions you may want to explore your current relationships or lack of and how they were impacted by the trauma you have faced. You may want to understand yourself in relation to others or you may want to explore what healthy relationships look like for you. I am here to help.
As a fully qualified Dramatherapist under the umbrella of Creative Arts Psychotherapists (HCPC) I offer individuals and couples the opportunity to explore in a therapeutic space using creative tools such as stories, mask work, character work, writing, music, etc. These tools allow for safety, containment and distance to the work and often serve as an agent of change.
Together, we can use creative expression to foster connection, healing and authentic relationships in your real life. We can focus on all types of relationships; romantic, family, friendships and professional. As humans, belonging and connection are paramount to our quality of life and you deserve the best.

Pam Cherry
Coach & Personal Branding Consultant
Hi, I’m Pam, and I learned about burnout the hard way. As a high‑performing mum and professional, I ignored every signal my body sent until it finally forced me to stop. That breaking point became my greatest teacher.
I didn’t know what real rest looked like until my body insisted I learn. Now, I’m committed to listening to the quieter signals, trusting my body’s wisdom, and living in a way that’s embodied and connected, rather than overridden and depleted.
As an ICF‑certified Consciousness Coach and Positive Intelligence Coach, I support women to honour their signals before they become crises. My work is about reconnecting you with what’s true, helping you feel full in yourself, and building a life and career that offer genuine balance and joy.
I’m also a personal brand and career consultant, able to provide strategic support when you feel inspired and ready to build again.
I’m intuitive, deeply caring, and I know what it’s like to rebuild. If you’re noticing your own signals, I’m here to help you listen.
We use a range of high-quality tools and resources to support individuals and couples to achieve personal goals, discover their strengths and foster meaningful relationships.
Practical. Insightful. Simple.
