Restorative group therapeutic coaching for Black women & women of colour
Spaces are limited to ensure depth, safety, and real connection.
We will also have empowerment circles where we meet in a smaller group setting approx. 8 women per group:
Group 1: Wednesdays, 19:00 - 20:30 (GMT), July 2026 - June 2027 (via Zoom)
Group 2: Saturdays, 11:00 - 12:30 (GMT), July 2026 - June 2027 (via Zoom)
We will have in person socials every 2-3 months as a whole group (approx. 20 women)
Plus other dates for workshops and meet-ups (in person and online)

My Whole Self Collective (MWS Collective) is a 12 month therapeutic coaching community and journey for Black women and women of colour who want to grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose — supported by expert counsellors, coaches, health practitioners, image consultants and a like-minded sisterhood.
This is your space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your whole self.
Through group coaching, expert-led workshops, and practical resources, you’ll find support, insight, and growth that truly lasts.
Limited group size to keep it bespoke and empowering.
Who its for:
Women aged 25+, who want emotional and personal growth in a safe, empowering space.
Led by:
Maryane Mwaniki — Counsellor, Coach, and Founder (MBACP, MACC, MSc, Assoc. CIPD). Workshops delivered by expert women of colour across wellbeing, confidence, and personal development.
How it works:
Empowerment Circles: One Wednesday a month, 7:00–8:30pm or one Saturday a month 11:00am - 12:30pm (July 2026 - June 2027), via Zoom
Expert Workshops: Dates vary monthly (online + some in-person sessions e.g. painting session, personal trainer led workout, make-up masterclass)
Milestone Meet-Ups: In-person brunch gatherings to celebrate key moments

Access to The Library — tools, journal prompts, and replays to support your growth
Supportive community of women of colour who understand and uplift one another
Milestone Meet-ups — in person coffee or lunch catch-ups at key points in the year.

What’s included?

How big is the group?
We keep the Collective intimate and small, so every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. Spaces are limited to maintain depth and connection. We will most likely cap at 20 women for the whole programme. These women will be split into smaller groups (empowerment circles) of roughly 8 - 10 women for insightful and meaningful conversations, and will have opportunity to meet as a whole group during the expert workshops and socials.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive, so places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces get snapped up quickly.

When and where are the sessions held?
Empowerment Circles take place once a month. To ensure small and connected group size we will split into two small groups:
Group 1: will meet on one Wednesday each month, 19:00–20:30 (GMT) via Zoom.
Group 2: will meet on one Saturday each month, 11:00–12:30 (GMT) via Zoom.
Expert-led workshops run on varying dates each month, giving you flexibility to join when it suits your schedule. Some workshops e.g. group exercise session will either be in person or online.
We will have brunch and lunch meet ups in person on occasions to mark key milestones and achievements. This will take place usually every 2-3 months.
What is the refund policy?
As spaces in the Collective are limited, payments become non-refundable after 30 June 2026.
