One session of individual therapy or coaching typically costs £65–£120, while The My Whole Self Collective gives you 12 months of therapeutic coaching circles, expert-led workshops, in-person socials, practical resources and ongoing community support for less than many people spend on a handful of private sessions. You simply won’t find this level of culturally attuned care, community and expertise at this price anywhere else.
Every facilitator and expert is paid fairly for their time, care and expertise. This is a properly resourced programme created with intention, and the value reflects the depth of support, connection and care you receive throughout the year.
Every expert in the Collective is a qualified professional across counselling, coaching, nutrition, fitness, beauty and the creative industries. All are Black women and women of colour, chosen not only for their expertise, but for the lived understanding, cultural awareness and care they bring to this space.
How we relate to others is deeply connected to how we relate to ourselves. This therapeutic coaching experience is designed to help you build a healthier sense of self, deepen self-awareness, and grow in confidence, clarity and purpose.
The My Whole Self Collective is a supportive community for Black women and women of colour who are ready to reconnect with themselves while being guided by counsellors, coaches, health practitioners and a like-minded sisterhood. It’s a space to pause, reflect, heal, grow and feel fully seen in every part of who you are.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your place, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made by 30 June 2026.
After this date, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, as spaces are limited and preparation time is invested in advance.
