Our ability to relate with other people is closely connected with how we relate to ourselves. This group therapeutic coaching experience is designed to provide individuals with a clearer and healthy sense of self.
The My Whole Self Collective is a therapeutic coaching community for Black women and women of colour who want to grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose — supported by counsellors, coaches, health practitioners, and a like-minded sisterhood. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your whole self.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your place, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made by 31 December 2025.
After this date, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, as spaces are limited and preparation time is invested in advance.
